Hodias Food Co., Ltd. Successfully Concludes 2026 “Work Safety Month” – Safety as Foundation, Development as Goal
As of early July 2026, Hodias Food Co., Ltd. has wrapped up its month‑long “Work Safety Month” campaign. Launched on 1 June with a flag‑raising ceremony and company‑wide kick‑off, this year’s initiative centred on the theme “Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response – Identify and Eliminate Risks.” Through a series of focused and practical activities, we deepened safety awareness across all departments and further strengthened the robust safety system that supports our high‑quality growth.
Strong Commitment from the Top
The campaign began with a solemn flag‑raising ceremony at our headquarters. All employees attended, signed a safety commitment banner, and listened to opening addresses. Ms. Zhang Yufang, Director of the Administrative Centre, and Mr. Gao Yang, Party Committee Member and Director of the Emergency Management Office of Cuijiaji Town, delivered motivational speeches. They emphasised that work safety is the lifeline of our operations and called on every employee to take ownership of safety responsibilities and put them into daily practice.
A Month of Comprehensive Action
Throughout June, we carried out a wide range of impactful initiatives, all focused on hazard identification and risk elimination:
-
In‑depth Safety Inspections – We conducted thorough, site‑wide checks covering production workshops, warehouses, and office areas, paying special attention to fire‑fighting equipment, electrical wiring, machinery operation, and critical control points for food safety. All identified hazards were logged, assigned to responsible persons, and rectified within set deadlines, ensuring that risks were effectively cleared.
-
Enhanced Training Programmes – Through dedicated sessions and case studies, all staff received training on safety regulations, operating procedures, and emergency protocols. The content was tailored to our food production environment, reinforcing the principle that “the food industry is a moral industry” at every stage – from raw material sourcing to final product dispatch.
-
Internal Fire Emergency Drill – Given the summer heat, we organised an internal fire drill led by our own safety team. The exercise simulated fire alerts, evacuation, and initial fire‑fighting procedures, effectively testing and improving our employees’ emergency response and self‑rescue capabilities without external assistance.
-
Fostering a Safety‑First Culture – We used posters, banners, digital screens, and internal competitions (safety quizzes and skill contests) to engage everyone. These activities created a strong atmosphere where every individual actively participates in safety management.
Safety Never Stops
Although “Work Safety Month” has officially ended, our commitment to safety is ongoing. We will take this opportunity to solidify long‑term safety mechanisms, transforming the best practices and lessons learned into standard operating procedures. Staying true to our core values of “quality first and craftsmanship,” we will continue to enforce strict safety accountability, adopt higher standards, and implement more concrete measures to protect our employees’ wellbeing and the integrity of every product we make. By doing so, we contribute to both our company’s sustainable growth and the broader community.
Safety is no small matter – responsibility weighs more than a mountain. At Hodias Food, we protect with care and advance with safety – every step of the way.
