About Ethiopia Agro Food 2026
Now in its eighth edition, agrofood Ethiopia 2026 returns to Addis Ababa at a pivotal moment for the region. According to the IMF, Ethiopia is forecast to grow by 9.2% in 2026, making it Africa’s fastest-growing economy. The country remains one of the largest food markets on the continent, with food imports reaching USD 2.36 billion in 2025. At the same time, the Ethiopian government is making major investments in agro-industries, food and beverage processing, and the establishment of dedicated agro-industrial zones, creating significant opportunities for technology suppliers and manufacturers.
The exhibition will bring together exhibitors from across Africa, Latin America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, with official national pavilions from Brazil, China, and Italy.
